David Rossmiller, managing editor of the Insurance Coverage Law Blog, is a partner at Dunn Carney who specializes in complex commercial litigation, particularly insurance recovery and insurance coverage litigation. David's insurance practice includes a broad range of issues: environmental property damage, errors and omissions and professional liability coverage, directors and officers liability, sex abuse coverage, construction defect, business interruption insurance, general commercial liability, first-party commercial property disputes, homeowners and auto, managed care, employer liability and others.

Besides insurance recovery and coverage, David's commercial litigation practice has included a variety of complex cases including environmental liability and intellectual property.
