My question is, we were in Ms. when hurriane katrina hit. We had Allstate ins. we recieved our settlement in apr.2006. we had a nondepreiciating policy, it was supposed to be replacement value. We had 65,000 in coverage for replacement, we turned in alittle over 52,000. we received about 41,ooo. they depreiciating our belonging 11,000 when it should have been replacement. Our house was only 4 yrs old it was our first house. It had all new appliances they said it was concidered structure. Do we qualify to be apart of this lawsuit and how do we go about doing that.
