Judge Who Is 'Not A Fan' Of Insurance Companies Rules In Their Favor In Katrina Lawsuit

It's not a surprise that a federal court judge ruled in the insurers' favor in this Louisiana lawsuit.  Exclusions for floods are standard and very restrictive.  However, the judge makes a good point about how difficult it is to separate wind from flood losses in many cases.
