Ted Nugent Files Lawsuit Against Insurer Over Mold In House And Barn
When the Motor City Madman gets upset, it's time for insurance companies to watch out. Ted Nugent has filed suit against his homeowners insurance carrier over mold and bacteria in his Michigan home and barn (he has since moved to Crawford, Texas). Regarding the suit, most policies have a pretty strict mold exclusion these days. And don't barns usually have mold and bacteria in them, or worse?
