Will These Homeowners Complain About Their High Insurance Premiums Too?
Building a large housing development behind levees and six feet below sea level seems unwise, as this story in the San Francisco Chronicle points out, but if it happens, I'm sure it won't be long until the Chronicle is doing stories about the soaring cost of homeowners insurance for the residents.
