Counsel for one of my insureds in MS says it will take at least a year for them to begin untangling the silica litigation, post-Mangilardi. And I mean just trying to figure out which suits have disappeared, been dismissed, refiled, etc., much less any substantive progress on discovery or God forbid, a trial.
Heh, I like to think of it as the Clerk of the County Circuit Court paperwork explosion Act.
