Jury returns verdict of more than $2.8 million in Weiss v. Allstate case
The jury is back, and it is good news for the policyholders: $2.8 million, which includes a $1.5 million penalty for failure to pay the claim quickly enough. What the remaining $1.3 million consists of, I don't yet know. I'll tell you more when I know more.
