Validation On Masterpiece Policy Post
Regarding yesterday's post on the lawsuit over whether a gallery's unauthorized sale of paintings was covered by an all risk policy, I point to this post on The Art Law Blog as validation. Remember a Wall Street Journal story said the case was going to shake up the art world, and I said the case didn't look like a big deal to me. But I did allow for the fact I wouldn't know Picasso from Pissarro, nor in fact, would I know Picasso from Popeye. Now this post says the same thing I said. Plus, it's on a blog called The Art Law Blog, so whereas I know nothing about the art world, the blogger does or he wouldn't call it "Art Law Blog."
