Everyone is asking where I am
Only about 35 emails today from people wondering why I'm not blogging on the Scruggs news -- I'd love to, but I have doing deadline stuff for paying clients the past two days. Maybe later tonight I can get at some of the back log. You don't know how much you miss blogging till you don't have the time to do it anymore. Like the song says . . . .

We understand. We're all needing a Rossmiller fix...but we do understand. haha.
Scruggs is on his way or already in Kentucky. The tobacco settlement money comes in the him and he distributes it to the other attorneys involved with the tobacco cases. Who will handle this while he is incarcerated?
Just because you go to prison doesn't mean you can't use the telephone, InterestedinMiss. Or have visitors. The tobacco distribution game can be run from behind bars with one loyal capo and one dedicated consigliere.
